Your orders are generally processed (verified, packaged, and dispatched) within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If an order is received after 5 PM (local time), it will be processed on the next business day.

We offer Standard Shipping within India, which takes approximately 3–5 business days at a flat rate of ₹100, or free for orders above ₹2,999.
For faster delivery, Express Shipping is available, ensuring your order reaches you within 1–2 business days for a flat charge of ₹250.
We also provide International Shipping, with delivery timelines ranging from 7–21 business days. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the destination and weight of the order.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Flat ₹100 charge (or waived for orders above ₹2,999).
- Express Shipping: ₹250 flat charge.
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout — additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply based on the destination country.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver across India and selected international locations.
Certain remote regions or PO box addresses may incur additional charges or delivery limitations.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. You can use the provided link to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and order details, and we will initiate an investigation or arrange a replacement/refund as needed.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to adhere to delivery timelines, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, carrier backlogs, public holidays). In such cases, we will notify you and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
